Welcome to LOZY! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website (https://www.lozy.in) and our warehousing, storage, and logistics services across India. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Client": Any individual or business entity using our services.
"Goods": Items stored, handled, or transported by LOZY on behalf of the Client.
"Facility": Any LOZY-operated warehouse or authorized partner location.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website or services, you accept this Agreement in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. LOZY reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
LOZY provides:
- Secure warehousing for commercial and household goods
- Inventory management and logistics solutions
- Temperature-controlled storage (where available)
- B2B & B2C storage for manufacturers, resellers, and businesses
- Doorstep pickup and delivery
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Declare the exact nature of goods to be stored.
- Do not store prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items.
- Ensure payments are made on time to avoid service disruption.
- Maintain valid contact details and documentation.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- Fees are charged monthly or as per custom agreement.
- Late payment penalty: 2% per month on outstanding dues.
- Taxes like GST will be applicable as per Indian law.
- Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or online gateway.
6. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
- LOZY recommends all clients insure their goods.
- LOZY is not liable for any loss/damage unless caused due to gross negligence.
- Insurance can be arranged by LOZY upon client request.
7. ACCESS POLICY
- Access to stored items is permitted during business hours or via prior request.
- Emergency or after-hours access may incur additional charges.
8. TERMINATION & STORAGE DEFAULT
- Clients can terminate services with a 7-day written notice.
- In cases of non-payment for 60 days, LOZY reserves the right to auction or dispose of goods.
- LOZY may terminate service immediately in case of breach of terms.
9. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following are not allowed in storage:
- Arms, ammunition, explosives
- Narcotics or contraband
- Perishable food (unless in cold storage)
- Cash, jewelry, or high-value collectibles (without disclosure)
10. PRIVACY POLICY
- Client data is protected under The Information Technology Act, 2000.
- We do not share your data without consent.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All trademarks, service marks, logos, content, images, videos, and software on this website are the exclusive property of LOZY.
- No part of the site may be copied, republished, or distributed without prior written permission from LOZY.
- Unauthorized use of the website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of India.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

16. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Advance payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance to avoid penalty charges.
17. STORAGE LIMITATIONS
- LOZY reserves the right to refuse storage of any goods it deems unfit or unsafe.
- Maximum weight and volume limits per storage unit shall be defined in the contract.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between LOZY and the Client.
